Move Out Procedures

All notices must be in writing and must be given 30 days in advance.  Please refer to your contract regarding what is required of you in order to receive a refund of your deposit.

Sandpoint Property Management Inc. will not consider the property vacated until all keys (and garage door remotes) have been returned to the office.

We will begin marketing your property for rent approximately thirty days prior to the end of your tenancy.  We will contact you in advance for appointments to show the property.

The balance of your deposit will be refunded to the address you have provided us within 30 days of your move out.  Please contact us with your new address including zip code and phone number.
